The Company is 50% owned by many of the employees who span a diverse section of the company and underwrite the efficient function of the Halley & Mellowes. Babcock & Wilcox USA own the remaining 50% interest in the group and they provide global associations. We provide a complete service supported by offices throughout Australia with manufacturing and service facilities at Wyong NSW, Morwell Vic, and Mackay Qld.
