By not appraising the manager, it avoids appraisal defensiveness and brings managers and teams together to action plan mutually for improved performance. The first output is openness. We accredit consultants in this program. A range of profiles are available for managers, peers and cross-functional or self-managed teams, all formatted for facilitated feedback. In addition, the 360 Leader Manager Profile is provided for managers in learning, coaching, mentoring and MBA programs (accreditation is not required).
