Development of new and improved products is continually being undertaken in our house design and tooling department. Design and tooling is assisted with state-of-the-art computer CAD-CAM systems. Production of quality aluminium castings is ensured using automatic die casting equipment and spectrometric analysis followed by heat treating to T6 standards. Machining processes use CNC lathes and machining centres to ensure consistent high quality finish. To ensure complete adhesion of paint finish and clear coat to aluminium surface a seven stage chromate pre-treatment and paint plant has been installed. This plant is adaptable to process either wet coat or powder-coat paint. Our Quality Control Department inspectors check each manufacturing process to ensure that our rigid quality standards are achieved, and exceeded. Our manufacturing facilities and processes have received full approval from the world respected German TUV and KBA authorities.
