Saintech has developed a range of ion beam systems for use in the production of optical thin films. The main feature of these systems is low cost, high efficiency, ease of retrofit to existing vacuum deposition systems and very low maintenance. Compact size and small gas load allows use with many vacuum systems already fitted with only moderate vacuum pumps.
